Glitches, slow to help with troubleshooting. Have to keep calling to get help. Due dates not available to customise for vendors.

Great support and team to work with
Great team to work with. They have a great customer service team that will help you with every step of the way, which my team and I really appreciate. Great customer service is critical with change management, especially when it's software like this.

Love Fishbowl for Inventory Management
We were originally using the Xero stock function which has limited functionality. After a lot of research, we landed on Fishbowl which has strong integration with Xero. I'd give the onboarding 10/10 with lots of time put into training our team - Jay was a superstar and went above and beyond to train the warehouse team (novices to the whole inventory management concept) even taking extra training with older staff.
Support has been great when we've had issues also.
