Excellent app for budgets, reporting, KPI Dashboards are very cool and service and support is 10 stars. I can't wait to learn more and be able to extend Calxa beyond internal use to our clients.

I've been using Xero for five years, for our not-for-profit organisation - we've been campaigning for the environment for over fifty years - and we find Calxa an absolute blessing. With Calxa importing our Xero data every night, we can do complex budgeting - for the whole organisation, and projects - and create a range of forecasts, very quickly and easily. Calxa is great. I should also say that the Help, with real people, in real time, in Australia, is absolutely fantastic!

We moved to Calxa from Spotlight Reporting as it gave me much more options for my management accounts. I am able to do the managment reports I need in the colours and format that Management want. I can also do fully costed budgets using unit costs and quanties, a costing person dream in a system. Would recomment Calxa to anyone

Calxa provides a high level of reporting options to create customised reporting, budgeting and forecasting. These reports include creating and structuring reports from individual accounts, multiple options of P&L and BS reporting including YTD actuals and balance of the year budget to create forecasting reports, ability to choose monthly or annual reporting over multiple periods and options around cashflow reporting. It is also possible to edit these templates to create custom reports to make changes to suit the individual user. The budgetting tools also provide flexibility to build monthly and annual budgets for short, medium or long term forecasting. The support is excellent, both with regards to available resources, with short videos available to answer questions and demonstrate tools. The live chat is invaluable and very responsive and it has been very important to assist in navigating creating reports. The one tool that I am most pleased about is the automated generation and emailing of reports. So please to have the opportunity to use Calxa within our business.

The tool that's most important to us is the consolidation of multiple budgets (from Xero Tracking). It was a nightmare doing this on a spreadsheet. We also love how easy it is to customise the reports. That's what truly makes Calxa powerful
