XO Report is the Xero integration for Excel and Google Sheets. Your Xero numbers flow straight into your own spreadsheet, so you stop exporting to Excel and rebuilding the same reports. For finance teams with one Xero company or a whole group, and trusted by 200+ companies.
- Live formulas: type =XO.BALANCE() in any cell for any account, company and period. 11 Excel formulas, including budgets.
- Your group side by side: fill one formula across your companies for a multi-entity P&L or Balance Sheet. Consolidation and intercompany adjustments stay in your own formulas.
- Reports in a click: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, aged receivables and payables, Bank Summary and Budget Summary, for one or several organisations.

XO Report + Xero
- What XO Report reads: your Xero reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, aged reports, Bank Summary, budgets), invoices, bills, payments, contacts, and settings such as accounts, tracking categories and tax rates.
- Read-only: XO Report cannot create, change or delete anything in Xero.
- Always current: figures come from Xero when your workbook calculates. Short caches keep it fast, and the Refresh button always fetches fresh data.
- One connection per company: connect each Xero organisation once, and remove access at any time from Connected apps in Xero.
- Secure: you sign in with Xero, so we never see your password. Xero access is encrypted, never reaches your spreadsheet, and your Xero data is not stored permanently.

Getting started
- Click Get this app and sign in with Xero. That creates your XO Report account.
- On the welcome page, click Install XO Report in Excel. Using Google Sheets? Install XO Report from the Google Workspace Marketplace instead.
- In XO Report, click Connect to Xero and choose a company. Repeat for each company you report on.
- Click Start Free Trial: 14 days, no card.
- Insert your first P&L from the Tables tab, or type =XO.BALANCE() in any cell.

Perfect Excel add-in and Super Wallet-Friendly!
Transitioning from QBO to Xero meant finding a new Excel add-in. While other tools charge at around USD40-50 per month, XO Report offers a lightweight solution at an amazingly low price point. It works exactly like my old Flash Reports in QBO, meaning I didn't have to rebuild my templates. The value you get for this subscription fee is unmatched in the Xero ecosystem. If you want maximum control over your Excel templates without breaking the bank, this is the one!

Great app
Initial impressions working with XO are really great. Saving us lots of time and still tonnes more we can do with this app. Also I have reached out to customer service twice, and the speed and thoroughness of their support team is unlike anything I have seen before! Amazing
