Simple Business

ServiceM8 has made business easy for us. Before we signed up, we were working off text messages, paper trails, and phone calls. Making the move to ServiceM8 streamlined our productivity and organisation, leaving the whole crew happy and knowing where to find all the relevant documentation for specific jobs. Employees being able to see ahead of time where they are working weeks ahead of time has not only made their work life easier, but also made organising their personal lives and time off much easier too. Connecting with Xero has meant I can focus on all the business and operational side, while admin, accountants and bookkeepers are all able to take care of all our finances and tax obligations. I'd like to see a change to make standard checklist templates instead of writing out individually on each job card in the near future. Overall, even though we are only using a small amount of what ServiceM8 has to offer, we are very happy with how simple it is to use.

Very user friendly!

I started as a sole trader this financial year so being on the tools and handling my own admin, scheduling & invoicing. Servicem8 makes my day a lot easier from mapping out my regular customers through their maps to find my best schedule without travelling too far, to having all of my materials ready to itemise in each invoice. Even when I send the invoice it’s automatically updated to Xero making my accounting much easier. For the bloke who’s great at his trade but struggles with technology, this’ll make your day easier.

Best scheduling app for small businesses

This is a short and sweet review. Perfect for small business 1-10 employees. Heaps of integrations to accounting software and even suppliers price lists. Keeping jobs, tasks, photos and customers details all in one app is very helpful. It’s an app I’ve fell in love with and excited to learn more about how it works to make my business more seamless

Servicem8 is a fantastic tool for the everyday life of a service lead business. This software has every angle covered from start to finish when carrying out jobs. As our company has grown employing new staff, service m8 really has come into an element of it own making the operations of the business much easier. Great system!

Great Software

Streamlined by job management

Our company has been using ServiceM8 for over a year now and we are very happy with the results. Booking jobs in has never been easier. Our engineers can create/accept jobs and produce invoices all whilst on-site. The integration between ServiceM8 and Xero also means that I, as a business owner, can track all payments and outstanding invoices seamlessly, which has massively improved our workflow across the business.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
