ORDER PROCESSING is a simple click to tell you what inventory is required to fulfil your orders. BIN Location Reports, Picking Slips, Portion Control, Random Weights, Complex Pricing, Delivery Dockets, Drivers Delivery Run Sheets and of course seamless printing of Xero Invoices from QuickB2B so no more operational staff in your Xero.

With quick turn around inventory, the Inventory Manager helps with par levels and ordering, sends Purchase Orders direct to Xero for creditor invoice matching while the tablet app allows for easy stock takes.

The system is constantly evolving with PAPERLESS PICKING and SCALE INTEGRATION the latest features to be added to the QuickB2B System.

QPOD is the only optional extra. Your drivers download the app, log in and select their electronic, sign-on-glass, delivery run. Capture the number of cartons, vehicle temp, name and signature, date and time of delivery (or contactless image) and send to Xero to attach to invoices as proof of delivery.

QuickB2B Order Management System + Xero

Integration is so easy!

When setting up, QuickB2B will grab your GL Codes and Tax Types; Currency Codes; Customers and Inventory. We recommend bypassing customers in the initial stages as you become familiar with the system.

Through the Admin Settings you now select your time zone, Currency, default Tax Types and General Ledger codes. Set the number of Price Lists that you need. It's ok if you change your mind. You have up to 6 to use but also have discounts and fixed pricing and can change these settings at any time.

Determine if you are sending invoice data to Xero as Approved or Awaiting Approval? When Orders are sent as approved you can print Xero invoices directly from QuickB2B.

If you elect to make use of the inventory manager, purchase orders are sent to Xero making matching purchases with supplier invoices so much easier.

Very happy with QuickB2B! It has everything we need to manage orders and it's super easy to use. With QuickB2B we have been able to streamline our processes and focus instead on growing the business. The product support is amazing and the integration with Xero makes invoicing a breeze. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend QuickB2B to anyone looking for an order management system.

Fantastic Wholesale Ordering App for Wine Business

The Customised App QuickB2B has been a fantastic addition for our wholesale wine business. It was simple to set up, Heather and John did all of the work for us, and incredibly simple to use.The App our Customers use functions seamlessly - every customer who has used it loves it and has never had an issue. The Dashboard that we use to process orders all in once place means we see when orders come through, export to Xero and fulfilling the orders in seconds. Would highly recommend QuickB2B as an app for anyone looking to have a Well Supported, Easy, Designed App to manage their wholesale business.

SAVED MY LIFE!

Extremely happy with QuickB2B! it just saves so much time and effort as basically your customers do everything for you. No more entering orders in manually, writing invoices, helps with pricing, purchasing, everthing! Helps to run your business remotely with mininal fuss. I've been able to go away on holidays now with confidence now. In addition, the support staff are extremely helpful and super responsive to any problems.
