Overview
Your business can now enjoy the wealth of benefits e-invoicing offers, including less change of your invoices being lost or misplaced, reduced manual data entry of incoming invoices or bills and, potentially, faster payment times and improved cash flow.
Unlike sending a PDF file or online invoice via email, the invoice is automatically sent to a buyer’s accounting system through the secure InvoiceNow e-invoicing network. And as long as both the sender and receiver are using InvoiceNow-ready software, e-invoices can be exchanged seamlessly and almost instantly.
Invoici + Xero
Invoici will automatically create a Draft Bill for any e-invoice received from a supplier via InvoiceNow.
Sending an e-invoice to your customer is as easy as entering their UEN as a special email address and Invoici will be able to identify the Xero invoice and send it automatically to your customer’s accounting system over InvoiceNow.
Getting started
Connect your Xero organisation to Invoici from Xero to register with the Peppol network by clicking the Signup with Xero button, and then confirming your UEN and Business Details. To complete the connection process, your organisation’s CorpPass Administrator will then need to authorise the registration.
Click Business Authorisation with CorpPass. This will direct you to the CorpPass login page.
Scan the QR code with your Singpass app.
You’ll then be redirected back to Invoici from Xero to confirm that your registration was successful.
