Connect Brieff to Xero Practice Manager to get started fast and keep your client list aligned. The integration imports clients and contacts in minutes, so you can build a clean meeting workflow without re-entering data.

- Secure connection: You connect using Xero's authorisation flow. Only users you approve can connect the integration.
- Import clients and contacts: Brieff brings across your selected XPM clients and their contact details so meetings, Check-ins, notes, goals, and actions sit against the right client.

XPM stays your single source of truth. Brieff reduces duplicate data entry across systems by syncing client and contact updates from XPM into Brieff.

Getting started
The easiest way to begin is to use the "Get this app" button on this Xero App Store listing. It takes you through Xero's secure connection flow and then returns you to Brieff to finish setup.
Quick setup (from connection to first meeting)
1) Sign up for a trial or log into Brieff
- Start a new 14-day trial of Brieff or sign in to an existing Brieff workspace.
2) Connect Xero Practice Manager
- Once signed up for Brieff, head to "Integrations" and click "Connect XPM"
- Choose the Xero Practice Manager organisation you want to connect (if asked).
- Review the access request and select "Allow access".
3) Import clients and contacts from XPM
- Once connected to XPM, go to the "Clients" page and click "Add Clients"
- Select the clients you'd like to import and click "Add".
Tips for a smooth rollout
- Tidy up your XPM data before importing clients and contacts.
- Connect your calendars in Brieff so meetings for imported clients automatically flow into Brieff.
