WorkflowMax by BlueRock + Xero integration Save time, eliminate double handling and gain complete visibility over every step in your business. From job costing through to your cash flow and management accounts by using the WorkflowMax by BlueRock <> Xero integration.

WorkflowMax by BlueRock and Xero - always fully reconciled In the new integration, customer payments against sales invoices in Xero are automatically synced with the corresponding sales invoice in WorkflowMax by BlueRock, automatically keeping both systems reconciled at all times.

Seamless cost management Entering your suppliers' invoices into WorkflowMax by BlueRock will correctly update your job profitability reporting and create a bill payable in Xero. Two birds. One stone!

Going from strength to strength

As long time implementation partners of WorkflowMax by Xero we have helped many of our clients migrate to WorkflowMax by Blue Rock. After a bumpy start, our clients are now seeing the benefits of the new platform. They are enjoying the new interface, the ability to be able customise the product to suit their business, constant new features, tweaks to the system and the commitment to continue to deliver updates. WFM is a competitive priced job management system that has visibility and insights on client/job/staff performance with a seamless integration to Xero. It's hard to beat. We are looking forward to what is to come.

Vastly Improved Software!

WorkflowMax by BlueRock is a vastly improved Job Management Software. Like Envision Digital®, BlueRock have previously been WorkflowMax Implementation Partners with the WorkflowMax, that was owned by Xero. As such, BlueRock had an innate understanding of what was required to improve the software overall. Like any new software, BlueRock have had some challenges ironing out initial glitches. However, we need to remember that they had to build their software from the ground up under tight time deadlines. The intent of the new WorkflowMax by BlueRock Team has always been exceptional. It is a credit to all of them that WorkflowMax by BlueRock is a Vastly Improved Software! Congratulations! Workflow Max - Out with the Old in with the New!

As an HR consultancy, effective time tracking is essential for our operations, and WorkflowMax has exceeded our expectations. The transition from the older platform to the updated version has been seamless and transformative. The new system is highly intuitive and packed with enhanced features, making project management and time tracking smoother than ever. While still a work in progress, the platform already provides a solid suite of tools, with even more promising updates on the horizon. The team has also gone above and beyond by providing clear, user-friendly tutorial videos to support the transition. We would wholeheartedly recommend WorkflowMax to any business looking for a reliable and efficient project management solution. Excellent and without any hiccups!
