Overview
Trelica is designed to help IT teams manage the SaaS applications in use in their organizations.
Firstly, Trelica helps you discover what's in use by connecting to your identity provider (e.g. Google Workspace), Xero and also using an optional browser extension.
Then, once you have a detailed application inventory you can start to optimize usage by connecting directly to the SaaS tools in use. Trelica automations can reach out via email or Slack to users who aren't using applications, and then automatically deprovision them.
Trelica workflows also supports compliance and operational processes such as on- and off-boarding and access requests.
Trelica + Xero
Trelica reads Xero transaction details and then analyses these to determine whether they involve SaaS expenditure. We do this by comparing against our library of over 16,000 SaaS applications. The integration allows you to choose whether or not to include journal entries, and set whether imported transaction data will be inclusive or exclusive of tax.
Trelica's integration also imports details of your Xero users, so that you can monitor access as part of wider compliance and operational processes surrounding your SaaS portfolio.
The import runs once a day and you have full control over which account codes are processed.
