CostTracker + Xero
CostTracker reads masterdata from Xero (such as suppliers, accounts and tax codes) that can be used during the purchasing process in CostTracker. Invoices are received in CostTracker, matched against purchase orders and transferred to Xero as bills or expenses.

Great budget tracer for projects
We have been using this for several years now to track our budgets on a number of construction projects. It's very useful and allows us to see exactly what we've spent against each part of the job. We can track a project budget in real time which is invaluable in our business. The PO functionality allows us to control committed spending with our accounts as well. Highly recommended.
