I used to pay someone to enter our purchase invoices into Xero, but Bill Simple has saved us that cost. Plus now we have all purchase invoices available to see in Xero without having to search through boxes of paper invoices. We have our suppliers email their invoices direct to Bill Simple, and all we have to do is bulk approve them in Xero - simple and saving us costs.

We recently had duplicate invoices from two related but separate entities. Bill Simple picked this up and prevented duplicate payments. It also streamlines invoice processing and eliminates lots of manual data entry.
