Built by accountants and bookkeepers, Uncat makes it easy to resolve uncategorized transactions, send and request documents back and forth with your clients, and even collect receipts from your clients, parse them automatically, and match them into Xero.

We got tired of exporting spreadsheets every month, chasing clients for information, and manually copy-pasting client responses and documents into our accounting software.

That’s why we built Uncat and packed it with features to save you time and make life easier for your clients.

Uncat + Xero

  1. Start a Free Trial Start a free 7-day trial of Uncat and connect securely to Xero. Invite your clients and coworkers,.

  2. Clients get a Magic Link Uncat automatically notifies your clients if there is new work to do, and notifies you once they do their tasks or upload receipts. Clients simply click a Magic Link to one-click login and add information in Uncat.

  3. Categorize and Sync Categorize transactions for all your clients on a single dashboard. Select vendors, classes, locations, and more. Sync updates to Xero.

  4. Collect documents, tax forms, and more with Requests by Uncat. Require an attachment or specific response, and even make them recurring. Still $9/client/month.

  5. Manage receipts in Uncat by letting clients upload receipts from cost and sales transactions. We'll parse them automatically and match them to existing expenses and sales in the books, or you can create a new transaction from them. Still $9/client/month!

Extremely helpful app, makes unknown transactions, document requests, and receipts easy

For $5/month per client, I'm getting $30/$40 worth of value from 3 other apps, but all in one. I love it and my clients love it.
