JobFlow saves time every day and keeps records for everything. With the use of the JobFlow software and app it allows users to remove the paper from their business and allows them to work more efficiently. With features such as invoicing integration, timesheets, mobiles apps and job allocation JobFlow saves its users time and money.
JobFlow + Xero
JobFlow will import your customer list from Xero in order to make sure there’s no duplication.
Items is used to create charging within JobFlow, these are Chargeout Rates and Stock. These are a key part of how JobFlow creates invoices in Xero. JobFlow uses customers linked to Xero contacts along with items in Xero to generate draft invoices within Xero.
Getting started
The initial Xero connection is nice and simple. If you let us know that you invoice with Xero we can allow you to connect to Xero at your own leisure, by heading to the "Invoice Settings" page.
Once in "Invoice Settings" you will see a "Xero Connection Status", here you will be able to connect and disconnect JobFlow to Xero. After clicking connect you will be asked to login to Xero and allow JobFlow access, once all the prompts are complete it will show Xero as being active and configured.
Once connected the invoice settings box below will allow you to configure how your invoices will show in Xero as well as how somethings will appear in JobFlow.
