Overall a good experience. A few enhancements I would recommend:- insert images and/or table snapshots. Given the direction and tools available through the likes of Claude AI, Fathom's competition is tough. I am swayed towards Claude because of flexibility to design a report with an artistic component as well as being able to use images and tables that I cannot use in Fathom.

I have been very pleased with Fathom. Our main concerns were: 1. Having a Forecast where it was quick, easy and understandable to check on the impact of decisions like hiring, capex or changed timing of new customer opportunities 2. Having a Forecast that automatically updates with the latest actual results from Xero 3. Producing higher quality reports quickly and repeatably Fathom is meeting these goals. The support has been consistently good and the training materials are also very good. In the last 10 years I had looked at a few previous systems trying to achieve this and decided they did not achieve the goals. It’s great to see Fathom delivering these capabilities.

This app allows us to report our financial results in a clear and professional manner. The team are always ready to support with queries if I am unsure
