Making the switch easy!
We have been searching for a new payroll solution for some time - PayHero came highly recommended so decided to give them a go.
For first contact, their sales team was knowledgeable and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the whole system., helping me to understand how their solution was the right fit for the business.
When it was go time, making the switch went seamlessly. They worked efficiently to extract our old payroll data and upload it into the new system ready to use. They walked me through step by step setting up the system and how to use all its functions. Their communications were very prompt, getting back to you about any other questions or concerns.
It was one of the best and easiest onboardings I have ever done, which made things so much less stressful!

On Boarding has been great
We are just starting with Pay Hero, but the on boarding process has been outstanding. I was a bit concerned when I booked a time, that I was going to be rushed, but my trainer didn't put me under any pressure and was happy to answer questions as we went. Thank you

Poor Clock In Feature
They've changed the clock in feature to 'Droppah' as a separate app. Really detracted from the product.

Hi Adam, I’m sorry to hear you’re not pleased with the change from the Shift app to the Droppah app. The Shift time clock add-on app to PayHero is now over 10 years old and uses old technology that needed updating. We decided to replace that app with the new Droppah app which, as well as photo time clock has many advanced rostering capabilities that create value for small-medium businesses. Droppah is completely free for businesses with fewer than 10 employees and if you have more than 10 employees we are giving all PayHero customers 6 months free to try out the new app. If you only want to use the same photo time clock features that are in Shift, you can, and it’s very easy to get started. I have helped all our clients using Flexitime immigrate over to PayHero, and the process was so easy and fuss free. PayHero is always my first recommendation to our clients.
So easy to use and the support response time is really fast. Enjoy working with the PayHero team and they where really supportive.

We use PayHero inhouse and find it great for casual employees, a big plus for us is the comprehensive support and answers that we get in reply to our technical questions.
Great integration with Xero for tracking departments, and IRD for Payday filing
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
