Overview
HospoConnect unites food & beverage suppliers and buyers on a single digital platform.
Suppliers receive crystal clear orders from their customers and use tools to efficiently track orders as they move through their order fulfilment process, such as powerful production sheets, or efficient pick sheets & packing slips. Suppliers manage customers and products within the app, as well as send out news posts to their customers.
Buyers, such as chefs in restaurants & cafes, use HospoConnect to place orders from their food & beverage suppliers using an intuitive and simple interface on a mobile app. This record of ordering is shared amongst colleagues so it's easy to see exactly what has been ordered. Buyers also use the app to stay up-to-date with the latest product news and announcements from their suppliers.
HospoConnect + Xero
Send your customers' orders directly from HospoConnect to your Xero account to generate draft invoices.
The first time you send an invoice for a certain customer, you'll need to match them to the correct Xero contact. You'll keep your product data in sync between HospoConnect and Xero by ensuring that product codes match in both systems.
You can process and edit orders in HospoConnnect (such as adding or removing products, or updating product quantities) before sending to Xero. Only the edited amounts will be used in the invoice, cutting out paperwork and double-handling.
Because HospoConnect is used by your customers to generate orders, wth the Xero integration, you no longer have to manually enter invoices.
Getting started
Connect your HospoConnect to your Xero account in your Settings, and following the prompts to grant permission to access your data.
To send an order in HospoConnect to Xero, simply click the 'Send to Xero' button on the order, or select multiple orders and send many at once.
