I really like Trove’s inbox feature. It lists the actions, and when I click one, it generates an AI email I can send, which saves so much time. Trove has already brought us many more responses than our previous automated chasing system. I particularly like the integration with the accounts payable inbox: the emails come directly from our accounts inbox, and we can respond to them there instead of having them come from an email that looks like spam. The Xero integration is also perfect. Customer service has been brilliant. Anna and the team made the switch seamless, imported our schedules and templates, and tailored Trove to what our credit control service needs. The setup was super easy, and when we have questions, they’re always answered within the same day. Would highly recommend!

We now pay 1/3 of what we paid with someone else, and yet Trove is far easier to use and gives the same service as we need. If there is something that needs an improvement or we have a question the team are very responsive. Some improvements are made within the hour which is amazing. Keep up the good work!

We moved over to Trove a few months ago and are very happy with it. We have received an excellent level of support with the on board process. The software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. We have been able to tailor it to suit our specific needs as it offers so much flexibility.

We have changed over to Trove a few months ago and have not regretted it. easy onboarding and great support. the system itself is easy to navigate and accurate. sync is seamless with Xero. They have a great insights/analytics area as well.

This app has saved us a huge amount of valuable time. We had always struggled with Xero’s automated email function, as we invoice multiple clients within the same organisation. This app has allowed us to assign email addresses to individual invoices, which has made the process far more efficient. I would highly recommend it to any organisation facing the same issue. Trove is easy to use and very forward thinking, actively taking on customer feedback and implementing changes to meet customer needs.
