Overview
ForeFlow is AI powered business management software built for trades businesses. It connects to Xero and your job management software (Simpro, ServiceM8, Fergus or ServiceTitan) plus your bank feeds, and gives you one live view of the business without adding to your workload.
WHAT YOU GET
CashDash. A live cash position and a rolling cashflow forecast built from your schedule, invoices, bills, payroll and bank balances, so you know how many weeks of cash you have before it matters.
SalesDash. Sales, quotes, pipeline and gross profit by job from your job management software beside what has actually been invoiced and paid in Xero.
TeamDash. Utilisation, labour cost and productive hours per person, so you can see who is making money and where hours are leaking.
Budget and Pricing. A budget prefilled from your own numbers, target margins by trade, and pricing that tells you what your charge out rate needs to be.
Tax Account Health. GST, PAYG and super in Australia, or GST, PAYE and KiwiSaver in New Zealand, tracked as they build up so there is no surprise when the return is due.
BoardRoom. Deep financial analysis across every metric in the business. Finds the good and bad trends before they show up in the bank account and gives you a running valuation of what the business is worth.
FlowPilot. Reads the live numbers daily. Sets a short plain English plan for the month, then checks in on how you are tracking against it. No jargon, no finance speak.

ForeFlow + Xero
ForeFlow connects to Xero through the official Xero API using OAuth 2.0. You authorise the connection from inside ForeFlow and can disconnect at any time from either ForeFlow or Xero.

HOW THE DATA IS USED
Xero is the accounting source of truth. ForeFlow layers your job management data and bank feeds on top of it to build the cashflow forecast, budget, team and pricing views, tax account health and the monthly FlowPilot plan. Where the same fact exists in both Xero and your job management software, ForeFlow tells you which source each number came from.
SYNC
Data refreshes automatically several times a day, with a full nightly refresh in your local timezone. Historical data is loaded for the last 13 months on first connection so forecasts and budgets are meaningful from day one.
READ ONLY
ForeFlow never creates, edits or deletes anything in Xero.

Connect Xero. You will be taken to Xero to authorise ForeFlow, then straight back into the app. ForeFlow only reads from Xero, it never writes back.

Connect your job management software if you use Simpro, ServiceM8, Fergus or ServiceTitan. Optional, but this is where quotes, pipeline, gross profit by job and team utilisation come from.

Connect your bank feeds through the secure open banking connection. Optional, but it gives you live daily balances rather than waiting for Xero to reconcile.

Select your field team. Tick the staff who work on the tools so utilisation and labour cost are measured on the right people.
