Nightmare!

I thought this would make life easier than having to manually reconcile payments at the end of each month. Unfortunately the invoices raised by this app dont match the sales of that day, so I'm currently spending a lot more time having to amend the invoices manually (after removing payment and then adding payment and reconciling) its made things so much longer. I wish I had read the reviews! I did contact Xero and they told me to contact Shopify but obviously Shopify don't want to know as it is a Xero built app. I really wouldn't waste your time.

Easy to set up. So far its been good with no major issues, however it could be more user friendly. Find it difficult to navigate.

Frustrating and should be free

Quickbooks offers this free. I find xero connector really hard for reconciling paypal and afterpay - especially fees and refunds. It works well for base shopify transactions thougu.

We make sales, they appear in xero, what more do you need :-)
