    Synder saves us time, supports multiple locations in Square!

    Finally a simple to use system that supports a mobile business like ours. We have a lot of locations we operate in once a month or once a week. Most apps want to charge per location, but we can't afford that despite needing them for sale tax reporting in our State. We struggled at first to import a few transactions but Pauline helped us understand what we did wrong and was very nice about it and super helpful! Our old solution for this was a 1 way street and would occasionally miss transactions. Synder gives us alot more control over both the setup and syncing.

    Great but I am greatly affected by the changes

    Synder app is user-friendly and the support is very helpful. It helps me avoid the tedious part of manually recording each and every sale transaction from the payment platform. However, I just noticed that most of the features have changed, especially the ability to use a single subscription across different organizations. For someone like me who shoulders the subscription cost on behalf of my clients, this would be very costly. I hope the management can help address my concern - it will be of great help! Thank you!
