The app is designed to be used by professional accountants as well as non technical people.
We have created a report designer that is intuitive and easy to use, yet powerful enough to be able to create sophisticated reports and charts.
The app comes with a suite of tools that streamlines your setup process and gets you started as quickly as possible. Complex setups become simple to do.
Import account charts from spreadsheet, copy charts from existing Xero organisations, copy charts from existing custom charts or a template.
Our Chart mapping assistant makes account mapping effortless, even large complicated charts.
You can augment your reporting group by importing spreadsheet data.

Snapzl + Xero
Snapzl connects directly to your Xero companies. You can connect to multiple companies and create customised financial reports and visual charts as standalone or consolidated, or both.
The app synchronises your Xero accounting data on a regular basis in order to optimise the speed performance of the app.
You can also manually synchronise if you need to.
From the time you connect a Xero company, Snapzl will start syncing the accounting data it needs.
Depending on the size of your company (no. of transactions), the initial sync can take from a few minutes to several hours.
After the initial sync, the app will do regular incremental syncs which are generally much smaller. Currently, the incremental syncs occur every 4 hours.
Getting started
Getting started is easy. You simply go to https://snapzl.app and subscribe.
The app then takes you through the steps from connecting to your first Xero company, setting up your reporting group and then sets up basic reports for your as a starting point.
