Saving time with ServiceM8!

I just wanted to thank you for creating such a comprehensive management system. A friend introduced me to ServiceM8 approximately 12 months ago and I haven’t looked back. I honestly don’t know how I have managed to keep on top of client details and scheduling. I love the job reminders I can send the day prior, the client diary which allows us to add important information such as photos, forms & also the checklist for our technicians who are out on the job. I also like that ServiceM8 listen to what updates are needed and regularly carry these out throughout the year. Thanks so much ServiceM8!

Makes running a business easy!

Honestly without Service m8 I am not sure how we would manage our jobs and staff effectively. We have been using the system for 6 months since opening up our electrical company and couldn't be happier with the system. Worth investing in, very affordable and saves you in time and money for the runnings of your business.

Professional job management system

Have been using servicem8 for almost 8 months now and cannot fault it - once setup it is seemless and keeps the customer informed with booking confirmations, reminders, invoices and texts to say I’m on route as well as feedback requests for Google business page once the job is completed. Couldn’t work without it now.

Streamlined Integration with Xero

I am a bookkeeper and have used various other apps integrated with accounting software. ServiceM8 is by far the best of it's kind! Invoicing and payments are a breeze, not to mention the benefits to the business of creating new jobs and scheduling work on the fly.

ServiceM8 is a snip

Certainly for our business of tree snipping / mulching. After looking at other options such as Tradify / Simpro we happened upon ServiceM8 when looking at another business opportunity. Mana from heaven! Quite intuitive to use (we have an older self confessed non-technical worker who has taken to it and his iPad like a duck to water). We love the loss of paper, replaced by communication / workflow visibility across devices, Also appreciate the "how-to" videos and the help function which is actually helpful. Integration with Xero is good however some fields don't always come across (e.g. email addresses / phone numbers). Perhaps some rules need to be set between the two regarding things such as phone number formatting. For example, is it 027xxxxxxx or is it 027 xxx xxxx? The latter being easier to read. Doesn't help that Xero has a light blue font for such things which is not the easiest to read - even more so when on a laptop screen. Enough about Xero, already. After 6 months on ServiceM8, there is absolutely no way we could be without it. ServiceM8 has made adding new jobs, keeping abreast of existing ones so much less demanding / stressful. Invoicing for us is a breeze as our services are not complicated (more time based) and many are quoted in advance. Although there is room for improvement (as there is in anything) I still rate it 5 stars as it is the perfect app for our particular business.
