Your customers will see you as a communications superstar! Pet Manager also handles all of the financial records including invoicing and payments. You can even take online payments.
Pet Manager + Xero
When we built Pet Manager, we set out to create a complete integration to Xero. We modeled our financial functionality based on the rules that Xero requires.
By integrating Pet Manager to Xero using our Xero plugin, you can flow through all customers, invoices, payments, over-payments, credit notes and more. No more double entering data!
Our Accounting Dashboard provides a comprehensive real-time view of all of the data that has synced to Xero along with any actions needed to address issues that may occur.
Getting started
To get started with Xero and Pet Manager you need a valid subscription to Pet Manager. If you signup for our free 30 day trial, you can convert your trial to a paid subscription at any time by subscribing and putting in a valid credit card.
Once you are signed up, you can go to our Settings menu and to Integrations. Click on Xero and activate the Xero Pet Manager Add-on.
You will then be taken through the steps to connect to your Xero account, including matching up account codes and choosing a date to start synchronizing invoices and payments.
