Do not deal with them.

It is 31 Decemeber 2025 and I have still not been paid a cent since 5/12/2025. They are holding onto my clients money and you can not speak to a human to try to resolve the issue. The majority of emails come from a computer. See below. Hi There (my name is actually Colin not there) We apologise for the delay and appreciate your understanding. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Best Stripe team Obviously I have lots of concerns when you do not receive any money for almost 1 month. But no point asking any questions - the computer is not designed to answer anything. Obviously I have had to go somewhere else. I highly recommend PINCH - if for no other reason you can speak to a human. But it is actually a very good software and better than Stripe. And Xero there is a reason more than 50% of your clients are not happy.

Rubbish

Rubbish. Not worth the time and hassle to set up. one thing wrong leave MY money in limbo. Have been unable to fix the hassle. Waste of my time. I charge $120 per hour, how about I send you a bill for my time, which adds up to just over an hour so far.

Convenient USD and CAD payments

Works very well for accepting USD & CAD payments. I like that I can choose a custom fee for clients as well. Unfortunately does not work with GBP and EUR payments.

Forces you to create a new Stripe account

Total rubbish - it forces you to create a new stripe account, rather than allowing you to link to my existing Stripe account.

Misleading

I'm really disappointed. When I signed up, I didn’t realise there were fees until a few payments had already come out. I then saw that the service charge had been deducted from my account, but it’s hidden in Xero. I’m upset because I’ve lost money on a fee I wasn’t aware of. It feels like this was too good to be true.
