Getting Your Data We continuously synchronise Xero data to a secure SQL database, ensuring your organisation treats Xero as a true data asset. Each night, we fetch only what has changed, and our on-demand refresh via the portal means you always have the latest information at your fingertips. Currently, we bring in your general ledger, invoices, and credit notes, plus optional cash-basis general ledger data. We also fetch supporting details—like Contacts, Accounts, and Products & Services—to simplify multi-organisation consolidation, whether it’s financial, sales, or other integrations. This is not just a financial consolidation solution, it includes customer and supplier invoice data.
Adding to Your Data Our connector forms part of our larger Business2Cloud solution, allowing Xero to seamlessly “talk” to other cloud services you use—whether mainstream or custom. There’s also an Excel-to-SQL integration for custom invoicing and beyond. Since each piece is typically a separate subscription, just let us know what you need, and we’ll tailor the right fit for you.
Getting started
Getting Xero Data If you have an internal data team, you can do it all yourself—just plug our connector into your existing cloud-based Microsoft SQL database, and you could be synchronising Xero data within 10 minutes of signing up.
