Overview
Expensify automates every step of the expense management process from receipt capture to reimbursement, then imports all of that information into Xero for a realtime view of your company’s finances. Employees just snap a photo of their receipts on-the-go with Expensify’s easy-to-use mobile app, and Expensify automatically imports the merchant name, date, currency and amount onto an expense report. Try it with the Expensify Card (for free) - just swipe the card and there’s no need to track receipts! Admins can configure settings for any level of automation, so you can choose to review all expenses manually, or automatically approve and reimburse expenses that fall within policy guidelines. Expensify gives you more control than any other expense management system, while saving time and reducing human error with automation, and a one-click integration with Xero.
Expensify + Xero
The Expensify Xero integration is a dynamic two-way sync that connects to your Xero organization(s). The integration pulls in the corresponding chart of accounts, tax rates, and tracking categories required for categorizing your expenses. Auto-sync pushes your finished reports back into Xero without you needing to lift a finger!
