Zahara combines the functionality of systems like Dext with sophisticated workflows for approvals and invoice automation. It is the choice for many small to medium-sized businesses looking to control spend and automate their purchase invoice workflows.
All purchases can follow an agreed path, with budgets, projects and purchase order generation and sending off all built-in.
Orders can be easily receipted on the mobile app, with invoices emailed into Zahara and automatically read and recognised, matching against any outstanding orders.
Zahara is the closest thing to hands-free processing of supplier invoices you will find, together with all of the workflow capability to automatically export invoices into Xero once they are approved. You can even use it with Dext or other similar systems that deliver invoices into Draft.
Our customers love the way we display an order/invoice balance, allowing master POs to be sent to the supplier with multiple invoices recorded against it. They also tell us our departmental and project budgets to help control spend – especially for departments like IT or Marketing and for project-centric businesses like events, construction and healthcare, to name just a few.
Zahara offers three packages: Teams, Business and Enterprise. Starting at £118 per month, Teams is for growing businesses wanting to get ahead; our Business package is £219 per month and suits high-performance companies who require more visibility and spend control. Lastly, we have Enterprise, which offers a bespoke service where you can create a completely customised service, prices will vary depending.
Zahara is only available in English and is used predominantly throughout the UK, Australia, New Zealand and the United States of America.

Zahara + Xero
Zahara syncs with Xero vendors, account codes and tracking categories. Purchase orders are created in Zahara with purchase invoices exported into Xero. Zahara allows you to control suppliers and only record them in Xero when an invoice is created for the first time.
