Overview
xeyex - software for opticians, is a patient and practice management system designed specifically for independent opticians. It is an easy to use solution offering: patient management, easy to use appointment diary, recall letter/ sms/ email generation and electronic point of sale among it's features.
The system, has been developed from the ground up to run in the cloud and sits on an infrastructure designed to keep running in the event of server failure, this includes highly available database clusters and load balanced web servers.
XEYEX Software for Opticians + Xero
Our software integrates with Xero to streamline your accounting processes. When the end of day report is run at the end of each day, your daily sales invoices are automatically fed into Xero.
You can directly reconcile payments from your bank against the sales invoices sent from our software. This integration reduces errors in banking and cashing up, whether accidental or otherwise.
Getting started
We guide you through the integration process during a one-on-one Zoom call. During this session, we'll connect both systems, and if needed, we can backdate previous sales invoices. We'll also demonstrate how the data is transferred and show you how to reconcile these invoices against your bank payments.
