Purchase orders
Again with one click, you can generate a purchase order for each supplier based on your order quantities and send this back to Xero to complete the process there, or you can send straight to suppliers from the StockTrim App.

StockTrim’s machine learning algorithm automatically figures out the best way to predict demand, then over time it will compare predicted demand with actual to learn and readjust your forecasts in real time for the most accurate trend analysis possible.

Getting started
Activate your 14 day free trial and navigate to the ‘Load Data’ screen. From there, select ‘Xero’, and ensure all the following options are ticked: Load Products; Load Sales Orders; Load Purchase Orders; and Load Suppliers. Click 'Load from Xero', and you'll be taken to the Xero login screen, where you will need to sign in to complete the integration.
We encourage you to reach out to our Support Team and request a 15 minute demo, either before or after you have loaded your data. Often after loading your data, you will have questions (and some surprises!) as StockTrim will highlight errors or anomalies in your inventory.
