Soldo has proved a valuable tool for quickly enabling client team members to have physical or virtual payment cards. This has included team members based outside the UK. Soldo has alot of functionality, which is very helpful. Occasionally this means we have needed support working out how to get a particular task done, but Soldo support has always been prompt and high standard.

The integration page is hard to find, no option to create a new supplier in Soldo so the payee name 'Soldo' gets sent across, slow to choose the integration fields, not intuitive layout, exporting the transactions should be from each transaction, the transaction info exports into the Xero reference and description fields meaning duplication of long meaningless data on you Xero transaction, no prompt for users to attach an image to a transaction, no reply to my raising the above points. Whilt there is an integration it is not a good one I'm afraid.

The team find it easy to upload receipts when they are out and about and this move across to xero. Sometimes the if there are multiple lines for different tax amounts they don't always transfer across.
