OnRent + Xero
There are three key parts to the OnRent integration with Xero:
-
When creating an account in OnRent, a new linked contact is automatically created in Xero and when you update an account in OnRent, the contact in Xero is kept up-to-date!
-
Use the OnRent import and export tools to import Xero contacts to OnRent or export accounts to Xero.
-
Once integrated, there’s a post invoice option on the invoice screen in OnRent to post an invoice directly to Xero.
Getting started
Connect OnRent to Xero in 3 steps:
-
Head over to the OnRent Signup page (https://onrent.insphire.com/xerosignup). From here you will be asked to authenticate with Xero so that OnRent can access your Xero data.
-
Once you’re authenticated with Xero you can now continue with the OnRent Signup. Enter the remaining information in the OnRent Signup pages and create your new OnRent subscription.
-
Finally login into OnRent and go to System Setup > Integrations > Xero to finish off your Xero integration.
From here you can import your Xero contacts into OnRent, export your OnRent accounts into Xero and update the mappings between OnRent and Xero.
