With the integration settings you input, the synchronized data can include tracking to invoice line items and allowing linking specific Lightspeed K Series sale items to corresponding Xero accounts. Furthermore, you have the flexibility to automatically enter invoices into Xero based on your preferences.
When entering invoices, you have various options available. You can choose to save the invoice data to a single draft invoice or add it to an existing draft invoice. Additionally, you can set the invoices to be automatically marked as approved or approve them and send email notifications to clients containing the invoices.
You can also opt to save the invoice payment method as a link leaving the invoice as a draft, or you can opt for the approved and paid method, when creating invoices. Getting started
To get started, visit ilglu.com and create an account. Once logged in, access our dashboard where a variety of products are available. Find the Lightspeed K Series to Xero integration and click "Go to Glu." You'll be directed to the Lightspeed K Series to Xero integration list page, displaying your existing integrations.
To establish a new connection, click "Add New" on the integration list page. Within the integration settings page, click the "Connect Lightspeed K Series" and "Connect Xero" buttons, authorizing the connections and following the prompts to provide necessary credentials.
