The onboarding team was fantastic and helped answer all questions and resolve queries promptly. The app is easy to use and the whole process of setting up the system was painless. Having a Chatbot with guided videos available to me any time really assisted in setting up the functions. It is very reasonably priced, and you can tailor build your own package based on your company needs, thus only paying for what you need and use - this is great for us as a smaller business.

Approvers too can approve the expenses on the go. What we like is ExpenseOnDemand's real-time integration with Xero - an ideal solution for us. Integration has helped simplify the complete management of expenses every month. We have faster reimbursement of expenses as, approved expenses are automatically recorded in Xero with our employees getting reimbursements on time - which never happened in the past. One of the recent features added was automatic export of receipts along with the approved expenses into Xero. This has greatly reduced manual processing by the finance team, giving us more time to focus on other finance tasks that are just as important.
