Price increases too much
A great product we have used on and off as our go to inventory system for 6 years, unfortunately since being purchased by the VCs they have unsustainably risen prices (almost 50% for us - approx $USD252 a month extra - in the space of a year - exactly what happened with Cin7) - for no extra added functionality for our (and seemingly lots of other businesses) use cases. Unfortunately quite extortionate, and with such rapid increases we are forced to look into alternative solutions

36% price increase a bit unexpected
After years (signed up 2017) of satisfying service with DEAR Inventory, enduring normal payment increases over the years, which is acceptable, I was shocked to receive the notice that my monthly subscription would increase with 36%! Their reason: fixing problems I don't have, enhancing program functionality that does not affect me. If I don't see real, mind-blowing changes which will justify this price increase, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Onboarding experience
Mark was excellent and very clear with the training. He was able to answer all our questions or come back to us in a timely matter with a solution.

Great Onboarding service
Thanks to Mark from Dear onboarding team our integration of the software went very smoothly. We are very impressed with the knowledge that Mark had when running our project.

Onboarding experience
We have just completed the Xero integration and Paid Onboarding service with DEAR. So far the process has been very informative and Mark has been able to answer all of our questions and queries. The DEAR Team helped set up all templates so we were ready to go live. Would definitely recommend utilising the Onboarding packagtes to save a lot of time and headscratching.

Paid Onboarding Experience
The training was excellent & Mark was a pleasure to deal with. It is great to have all our settings confirmed & optimised for our business. From experience this will save a great deal of time & problems with integrating a new system.
