Does not work

This program does not work becuase MailChimp changed the codes formats and Xero (who Built the app) wont change it to match their new format. I have spent age emailing both of them and both are unwilling to help. MailChimp at least tried to help but said its a Xero Created APP Xero customer support was usless. They Kept saying you just need to follow the instruction, without listening to reason. Maybe they need to get rid of some of their useless support people. As far as I can see not 1 person has got this to work. However, it does sync Customers to Mail chimp. But it does not do the 7 day statement send out as Mail Chimp settings does not allow ":" in any of the codes.

At first I thought all other 1 star reviews were just being over the top..... then noticing that you have to pay to transfer data, that's a joke and half.

The one star actually goes to XERO

This is a standard feature with other accounting firms. Pay to transfer clients automatically? I can export and upload my list in no time. New to Xero and it seems to be lacking many simple features. Not sure why everyone is raving about xero- so far I am not convinced at all.

It's 2023 - REALLY?! You won't let us integrate when we already PAY?

Without even being able to access mailchimp - ( a free integration with ALL other finance packages.)

Very confusing. When we looked into integrating Mailchimp into Xero we were told that having the Premium version (which we had) was a problem as Mailchimp would only integrate with Standard. So we down-graded to Standard in consultation with our accountant. Now when we tried to integrate a message pops saying that we have to upgrade to Premium if we want to integrate. Unbelievably confusing and disappointing - big fans of Xero generally but they seem to be in a real mess with this.
