Unfinished Work

I would give MMC Convert 3 stars. 3 stars for jumping in to help us when we needed help urgently. However, I’m withholding the other 2 stars due to the following reasons: Unfinished Work: They left critical tasks undone at the last minute, leaving us in a lurch. Inaccurate Data Matching: Mixing up invoices and payments, resulting in inaccurate age analysis reports for two financial years. It took us two weeks of stress to figure out how to solve this ourselves. For example, old payments from September 2023 were matched with April 2024 invoices. Despite paying an extra $250 for additional work, they stated that "some manual work is required," but then just dropped the ball and left. Excessive Delays: The process took over three weeks, with countless calls and emails every day to ensure the data was matched correctly. While they did complete some of the work, it was far from all of it. My disappointment in an incompetent team that promised they could convert and bring all data to Xero is indescribable. As a new user, this experience was incredibly stressful, and we even considered starting fresh with new accounts. I strongly advise others to avoid using MMC Convert for their data conversion needs.

Proceed with caution

Not ideal, poor communication, poor quality, took longer than I was told it would, and didn't start the project for about 30 days after I'd paid

All QBO Records and Attachments Migrated

Very seamless. I provided them with my desired Chart Of Accounts along with a mapping to my QBO chart, they did the rest. Additionally, i had them move all my attachments. Communicative, professional, and Friendly!
