VAT is a mess

Shopify is set up terribly for VAT reporting for a start, but for some reason the zero rates sales are lost anyway in this integration and only zero rated shipping appears

Can’t cancel

I have disconnected the app and still being charged monthly and no way to cancel payments.

want to cancel but can't

I need to cancel this subscription - but there is absolutely no where to cancel. Help!

Hi Melissa, We are sorry to hear you no longer wish to use the Shopify Integration by Xero. To disconnect the app, go to https://connect.xero.com/shopify and click "Disconnect app". From there you can choose to disconnect and cancel your subscription. Nightmare!

I thought this would make life easier than having to manually reconcile payments at the end of each month. Unfortunately the invoices raised by this app dont match the sales of that day, so I'm currently spending a lot more time having to amend the invoices manually (after removing payment and then adding payment and reconciling) its made things so much longer. I wish I had read the reviews! I did contact Xero and they told me to contact Shopify but obviously Shopify don't want to know as it is a Xero built app. I really wouldn't waste your time.

Easy to set up. So far its been good with no major issues, however it could be more user friendly. Find it difficult to navigate.
