Overview

Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. So for the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system. Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Rippling + Xero

Rippling and Xero automatically sync Rippling payroll data to the Xero general ledger. The sync includes accounts and tracking categories.

Getting started

  1. From the Rippling dashboard, navigate to the Payroll app.
  2. Under the Accounting tab, select Xero.
  3. Sign in to your Xero account and authorize Rippling.
  4. Follow the set up flow in Rippling to map Rippling Payroll items to your Xero account.

I have been testing Rippling for some time and it seems to serve my purpose. Its one of the decent apps out there with that pricing.
