Poor overall
I signed up to this app as I thought it would be good as it's on Xero, however I was very wrong.
I signed up for DD as I thought it would speed up the payment process. However after finally getting clients to use this system, I found out that payments can take up to 2 weeks to be paid from the invoice date. In my case it is 13 days. They take into account weekends as 2 days processing time, etc etc.
The customer service is also really poor, so don't expect fast response times when trying to resolve the delayed payments.
Overall I would recommend going elsewhere.

Just what I needed
This is a very easy to use application that integrates nicely with Xero at a very low cost. I highly recommend this app for someone wanting to automate the revenue cycle.

Waste of time
Customers sign up a 'pay' but it doesn't seem transact until invoice due date. By which time people may have gone over their limits. Annoying for both vendor and customer.

They take your money
I transacted money via gocardless, repeated attempts to recover the money. Offer information to them, anything to fix the issue and move on was met with silence.
They still hold 20,000 at the time of the review. No end in site. They are now countering my honest reviews with fake profiles.
I’ve never made an effort like this on reviewing anything until I used their service.
Do not use them.
They will take your funds.
Their support and assistance is terrible.
Avoid.

Poor integration
Xero marks all invoices as PAID on the due date, while Go Cardless can then take another 5 days to make an actual collection and payout, so why mark it as paid ? Ridiculous. Other than that, I would give it a higher rating. Please fix it urgently.

Garbage
They have a $5,000 limit on payments that isn't obvious anywhere. To raise this limit they ask you more questions than the IRS. You send them what they ask for, and they don't take the time to read it properly and ask the same question again. Look elsewhere for ACH payments.

Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
