ShiftCare Review

ShiftCare has been great for keeping the client documents secure and easy to access for clients and staff. Scheduling is easy with a good amount of customisability, allowing me to add a good amount of detail to shifts for workers. ShiftCare linking to Xero has been great for streamlining invoicing, which has saved plenty of admin time. I have not had any issues using the app yet after over 12 months. I am confident that if there were any issues with the app or any of the software that it would be solved quickly. The customer service has been very responsive and efficient. The staff are friendly, helpful and their service has been above and beyond.

The team at ShiftCare have been so helpful! Their system is so easy to navigate, and we love the features they have to offer. The team are always taking suggestions on board and constantly making updates and improvements to an already fantastic system

Reliable

As an employee who uses ShiftCare to keep track of upcoming shifts and to record my daily notes, it’s simple to use and always reliable. Highly recommend.
