I like that I can ask clients about a transactions right inside Booke AI. They answer in the same place, and there's no need for long email threads. Makes communication much easier.

Was Charged after Canceling Subscription

We have disconnected our services for 3 months and yet we were charged for the cancelled subcription on our credit card after. There is no option to remove our credit card details on file after we have disconnected. Beware of their payment system, try to unsubscribe on their lowest tier before commiting to their AI feature.

The Clean Up section is really helpful. It highlights duplicates, unusual amounts, or anything that looks off. I can fix issues quickly instead of searching for them myself.

I like the auto-approve feature in Booke AI. The system handles the easy transactions on its own, so I only review the ones that need attention. Makes the workflow much faster

I check the activity feed a lot - it shows every change and who made it. Makes teamwork easier when several people handle the books.

I like the smart suggestions in Booke AI. When I’m not sure about a category, it shows what similar transactions were usually set to. Makes the review a lot easier.
Although Xero reviews each app in the Xero App Store, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead.
