Overview

Trove is the flexible accounts receivable tool, built around your customers and process.

  • Workflows built around your customers. Every debtor is different. Here are a few things Trove lets you do: (1) Send pre-reminders for repeating invoices to confirm billing details before subscriptions renew (2) Cancel subscriptions via webhooks when customers fail to pay (3) Chase parent companies separately from their sub-entities or franchises.

  • Emails that look and sound like you. Integrate with your Gmail or Outlook, set your reminder schedules and review emails before they are sent. Trove also drafts replies to any customer responses which you can review and send.

  • Integrations that keep your team in the loop. Trove integrates with the systems you use to run your business: email, Xero, Slack, MS Teams and CRM. This means Trove can update other systems when debtors pay (or don't).

  • Suggested actions from customer replies. For example, if a customer says they will pay on Friday, Trove suggests updating the expected payment date in Xero to that Friday. This means no more reminders are sent until then and Xero is kept up to date.

  • Trove is proudly bootstrapped. Zero outside investment means pricing stays accessible and the roadmap stays customer-driven. If you need a feature, we'll build it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We've had a fantastic experience using Trove for our credit control. The software is incredibly easy to use, with a clean, intuitive interface that makes managing credit control straightforward and efficient. What really stands out is how adaptive the team is — they’re constantly releasing new features and improvements, which shows how committed they are to evolving the product and listening to their users. A special mention to Anna, the co-founder, who is always so lovely and accommodating. It’s clear the team genuinely cares about their customers and delivering a great product. Highly recommend Trove to anyone looking for a modern, reliable credit control solution!

If you need reminder tools for late payers - LOOK NO FURTHER

Honestly, deciding to use Trove was the best decision for our ARs and has had a material impact on how we conduct our business. We'd tried many other options before, which were over complex, difficult to configure, and lacked direct integration - causing customer confusion. Trove is absolutely amazing - Lightweight (in a good way), does what it says on the box and makes everything automated and simple. The percentage of customers that pay on chased invoices is outstanding and and pays the monthly subscription cost 10 times over. The staff / support are very helpful. Cannot recommend it enough.

So Glad We Found Trove

We've been really impressed with Trove as a credit control app. It does exactly what you need it to do without being overcomplicated or packed with unnecessary extras, which makes it really easy to use day to day. What stands out most is how practical and straightforward everything feels. It’s clearly been designed by people who understand how credit control actually works in real businesses, and you’re not paying for loads of features you’ll never touch. The team behind Trove are brilliant too — friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to know that when you speak to them, you’re actually talking to the people who built the system and understand it inside out. Another big advantage is the ability to try the system before committing, which gives real confidence that it will work for your business. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, especially compared to some larger platforms that can feel overly complex and charge extra for features that many smaller companies don’t actually need. If you're looking for a credit control tool that focuses on doing the essentials really well without unnecessary extras,Trove is definitely worth considering.
