I use both Wagepoint 1.0 and 2.0 daily and I greatly appreciate how straight forward it is use, even when I need to do more complicated payrolls. Their support team is stellar and they go above and beyond to help solve any issues that may come up. They are willing to discuss back and forth if I have a more complicated ask and they reach out to the appropriate people if they are not sure of the answer. Finally, the year-end preparation is the most organized, straight-forward and efficient that I have dealt with and I have dealt with quite a few different payroll platforms.

Horrible - don't recommend They don't answer the phone , it's a call note taking system and no one ever calls you back. Wagepoint 2.0 sucks compared to 1.0, everything is manual. We use to be able to import hours from Tsheets in 2.0 you cant import hours and it's all done manually. Waste of time and money.
