This app should be zero stars

The service does not offer an option to talk to a real person. They can not handle large amounts and automatically flag them as fraud without any warning. We were promised a refund on a certain day and the day came and went with no refund or explanation. Now they are saying that the money will not be returned. Definitely DO NOT use.

Rip off and long delay

This service is a rip off. I'm being charged $30 on a $1500 payment, and it's taking 7 days to arrive in my bank account. This is ridiculous. Gocardless is 1% + $0.40cents CAPPED at $4 up to $3000. Goodbye Stripe.

Terrible Service

I asked for a call back, because there are multiple problems. they say 3 min wait time. Its been a week and no one has called. They keep saying 'we just tried to call you' ummm no you didn't I don't have any missed calls, I don't have any messages. They are completely lying. Or their staff don't know how to use a phone. Absolutely terrible. I wil be waiting for my payments and turning this on. Absolutely terrible, should be no stars

Terrible service - no stars

Stripe have paused the Payouts to my bank account for no reason and when I contact Support they keep telling me 2-3 days to review. Its been 2 weeks and they are processing payments but not transferring the money to me. It's called theft. I have canceled their service and are out of pocket.

Awful, expensive delayed payments, rubbish service

avoid avoid, delayed payments, no one responds to emails... very poor service i

they will not help you !

They say they will help you? just send us email and we will respond to you? thats a lie ? i dont think one person actually works at stripe... this is a joke... been trying to get into contact with them for over a week now and nothing yet... i will leave this review and they will say we are here to help?! no you are not. this is wrong... i am trying so hard not to fucking top myself because of the position you guys are putting me through! please dont use stripe they will not help you. they will just steal from you! its all about the money to them... they do not care about there people using there app.. soo please dont use stripe waste of time and money.... and they are only into it for them-self.
