    ServiceM8 + Xero

    Together, ServiceM8 and Xero form an end-to-end solution for trades & service businesses — each item of work is captured once, and guided through a best-practice workflow of communication, job management & accounting. Information syncs between ServiceM8 and Xero to streamline workflows, avoid double entry & reduce administration. Features include:

    • Invoices approved in ServiceM8 are raised in Xero for automatic reconciliation.
    • Clients and items sync between ServiceM8 & Xero, with changes in one account updating the other.
    • Payments received against an invoice in ServiceM8 sync to Xero, and payments received in Xero sync back to ServiceM8.
    • Tax rates and income account codes are imported automatically from Xero.

    Time Saver, money maker

    Since I started using ServiceM8 and integrating xero it has streamlined my admin work to the point I hardly have to do anything after hour's. At the end of every job, before I leave site my job is signed off, invoiced and logged into xero. My customers love it and because the invoicing is so prompt I'm finding I'm getting paid faster. Also my bookkeeper loves it. Great product couldn't work without it.

    ServiceM8 has improved our business processes to be faster and more efficient. Our business has been able to move away from paper invoices to online invoices and with ServiceM8 connected to Xero we are able to see paid invoices and follow up any unpaid invoices in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend ServiceM8.

    Simple, Easy and functional

    Well coming from the BIG mining companies where the software was extensive but good i can only say that ServiceM8 is definitely just as good and farm more functional and easy to use. Few challenges to start with but there are good people to help you get through the startup blues. The link through to Xero is also simple and easy to use, allowing you to manage your funds smartly. Keep up the good work ServiceM8.
