The Platform’s Intercompany Reconciliation App enables users to:
- Seamlessly reconcile their Xero intercompany accounts
- Post correcting journals to the underlying Xero ledgers
Intercompany Recharge App
In addition, the Platform’s Intercompany Recharge App allows users to:
- Post journals, invoices, and bills (one-off or recurring)
- Apply mark-ups, discounts, and split between multiple companies
- Directly post to their Xero company ledgers
Getting started
Follow these steps to connect your first Xero entity with the GATHER Platform:

From your GATHER Platform home screen, locate the “Multi-Entity & Display” group box.

Click on “Company” to view and manage your entity connections.

Press the “+ Add Company” button located in the top-right corner.

You’ll see a dropdown menu with the option to “Connect to Xero”.

Select this option and follow the guided prompts. This will include:
- Authorizing the GATHER Platform to access your Xero accounting data
- Selecting the entity you wish to connect
- Granting permission to pull historical financial records
Once done, the GATHER Platform will begin syncing your company data (three years of data – though up to five years may be sync’d) - and just like that, your first company will be connected!
