Overview
Float brings corporate cards, expense tracking, and bill payments together in one platform that syncs seamlessly with Xero. Automatically sync transactions with receipts, vendor details, and GL codes already attached— eliminating hours of manual data entry.
Built for Canadian businesses, Float automates multi-part tax codes, instantly captures receipts, and streamlines expense reconciliation.
Get started with virtual and physical cards that give your teams spending power with built-in controls.

Float Financial + Xero
Close your books faster: Float maps your Chart of Accounts directly, so every transaction flows to Xero already coded. Pre-code cards by GL, Vendor, Tax, or Custom Fields and watch coding auto-apply to future spending. Transactions sync immediately—close your books in real-time, not at month-end.
Automate Canadian tax compliance: Float handles complex, multipart tax codes automatically, managing GST/HST/PST requirements that other platforms miss. OCR technology captures tax and tip amounts from receipts, adjusting transaction summaries instantly. Built for how Canadian businesses actually work.
Eliminate receipt chasing: The moment someone swipes, Float prompts for receipts via text, email, or app. Receipts attach automatically to transactions, and everything exports to Xero with one click—fully coded with documentation attached.
Control spending at scale: Set transaction rules to auto-categorize by merchant. Bulk update hundreds of transactions using advanced search and filtering. See the full audit trail of every transaction, keeping your books accurate and compliant.
