Best solution for team expenses

Just brilliant at managing team expenses. It used to be a massive admin burden to run expense reimbursement processes. Weel does all the heavy lifting and makes it so easy. It also allows a lot more people in our business to have access to company funds in small quantities to just get stuff done much more efficiently.

Easy and Effective

We're a small business with an external book keeping team and we had nonstop headaches communicating with our traditional banks, OneDrive sync issues and lost receipts. Weel has made every element seamless. Can easily increase budgets with immediate effect, reimburse staff costs instantly, no more lost receipts, and communication with our external bookkeepers is flawless. A must for any business!

Lean Finance Team? Weel(ly) great solution!

Managing a NFP organisation with 10+ staff, compliance management has always been the biggest pain point to ensure receipts are provided with all expenditure along with the ability to monitor and manage staff access to funds in (almost) real-time. Weel has exceeded my expectations in outcome, delivery, and support from the team (establishment to ongoing management). There is a cost incurred each month for the use of Weel, however, a simple analysis of the time I previously spent versus the solution Weel provides, the organisation is in a far better position for implementing this solution. The additional time I have been granted has been put to better use within the organisation’s operations and management. Monthly reporting is no longer a ‘chore.’ The oversight that has been made available by Weel ensures that management is in control of the expenditure incurred by staff, and the approval process ensures this happens in an effective manner. If you are running a slim finance team and are experiencing similar pain points, I cannot recommend Weel enough.
