Workstem is a cloud-based, all-in-one payroll and workforce management system that digitizes the payroll workflow. By using Workstem, you can significantly reduce time and labor costs associated with the payroll process, while achieving heightened efficiency and accuracy.

Supercharge your payroll, HR management, and accounting with Workstem's seamless integration with Xero. No more hassle of manual data exports! With our integration with Xero, HR and finance teams can sync payroll data with just one click!

Getting started

  1. Once connected to Xero, Workstem will create a Contact in Xero.
  2. Workstem will be able to sync Account Codes and Names from Xero. Then you can map each pay item in Workstem to the corresponding accounts in Xero.
  3. You can also select which pay items to sync. For each Pay Run that has been “Paid”, you can initiate the sync and a bill will be created in Xero.
