XOnboard + Xero

New employee's are setup in Xero Payroll after they have completed their onboarding. New employees are ready for their first pay run. Employee contact details, bank accounts, tax details, super fund and payroll calendar are setup for each new employee. Existing employee's can also use Xonboard to update their details.

Getting started

Setup your company details (pre-populated from Xero) and select your default super fund.

Now you're ready to start onboarding new employees.

Simply enter their email address to send an invite.

Your employee will accept the invite and begin their employee onboarding.

Employee's enter their contact details, emergency contact details, bank accounts, tax file number declaration and super fund.

Upon completion, all these details are imported into Xero Payroll and your new employee is setup and ready for pay day.

Time Saver

As a bookkeeping practice, we have teamed up with Xonboard to assist our clients with the ever messy task of employee onboarding. Staff are invited (via Xonboard) to Xero to enter their personal details, gross wage and super details. Xonboard eliminates numerous emails and back and forth with the client: one point of reference for onboarding. The process is being refined by the guys each week and Xonboard will soon be a very slick onboarding tool. Highly recommend

Super helpful tool

Xonboard has saved us heaps of time collecting the required details needed to set up new staff in payroll, in a secure, paperless manner. This has been super helpful in our rapidly growing company. It sends automatic reminders to new staff to ensure we have their details on our system before their first day and has basically eliminated the errors we were previously getting using a paper system. For a free product, it’s a ripper and has saved us a lot of headaches.
